Beyond the Single Draw: What Daily Hormone Curves Change About Your Protocols and Your Practice

tuesday, october 27, 2026 at 12:00 pm Et

Most hormone decisions still rest on one or two blood draws, timed to a cycle day that may not exist. Join Rose MacKenzie of Mira to see what daily hormone curves reveal that a single lab misses. Then Natalie Mullin of Practice Better shows how to chart that pattern, build a personalized protocol, and follow up with the client, all in one platform.

During this session, we'll cover:
✅  Why a single serum draw, including FSH, often can't answer the clinical question in perimenopause and irregular cycles
✅  How to read daily LH, E3G, PdG, and FSH curves to spot patterns that change a protocol
✅  How to chart a flagged pattern, build a personalized protocol, and follow up with the client, all in one platform

Can't attend live? Register anyway, and we'll send you the replay.

This session is perfect for practitioners supporting perimenopause, cycle irregularity, or hormone health. Don't miss out!

Chart 1: Same cycle day, same patient, opposite answers
Chart 2: Estrogen deficiency and estrogen excess in the same cycle

Same patient, same cycle days, three weeks apart. One FSH says "no transition," the other says "transition." A perfectly timed draw still missed it.

One cycle, two opposite answers. Draw on the wrong day and it looks like estrogen deficiency; draw a week later and it looks like estrogen excess.
